Physicalproperties:White crystal powder,melting point is 622°C,easily soluble in water, with remarkable chelating ability to some metal ions such as Ca2+,Mg2+,can soften hard water,change suspension into solution,alkalescent,without causticity.
Usage: In food industry, it is used as water conservative, applied to can, fruit drinks, milk products, vegetable protein drinks, instant noodles, meat products, and so on.
Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and heat, and stored separately from poisonous substances.
